  • Online therapy works similarly to in-person therapy, but sessions are conducted remotely using video conferencing software. You can talk to your therapist from your own space.

Numerous studies show that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy for most of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, OCD, PTSD, among others.

Typically, you need a device with internet access, a webcam, a microphone, and a private, quiet space where you won’t be disturbed.

If remote therapy isn’t for your, you can switch therapists at any time, whether you're receiving online or in-person therapy. It’s important to feel comfortable and supported.

The complimentary initial consultation can give you a sense of how comfortable you feel speaking with your therapist online.

  • I typically offer a complimentary 15-minute video call for an initial consultation. This session is not a clinical appointment; rather, it’s an opportunity for us to meet and for you to ask any questions you may have. This brief chat often helps both of us determine if we can work together effectively.

If you prefer to schedule a first appointment immediately, I’m happy to accommodate that as well.

  • Please use the contact options provided to reach out, and I will respond as soon as possible to help you find a suitable date and time for your appointment.

  • The cost of psychological treatment varies based on the specific issues being addressed and the number of sessions required. Each session lasts for 50 minutes and session fee is £125.

On average, treatment may involve 10-12 sessions. However, some individuals may achieve their goals in fewer sessions, while others may need additional appointments to fully address their concerns. If you have specific questions about pricing or treatment plans, please reach out for more details.

  • If you are member of BUPA, AXA, Vitality, Cigna, Aviva or WPA , you can contact them to request a pre-authorisation to start therapy with me.

The number of sessions pre-authorised by a PMI depends on your policy. Please always check with them first, before starting any treatment with me.

  • You can find my areas of expertise in the "Meet your therapist" section. The initial consultation will also help clarify how my background aligns with your needs.

In our first appointment, we will discuss the challenges you’re facing, identify any unhelpful coping strategies or solutions you've tried, and outline your goals. Those will help us to develop a tailored plan to effectively address your problems.
