Sessions and Fees

Each session lasts for 50 minutes and session fee is £135*

On average, treatment may involve 10-12 sessions. However, some individuals may achieve their goals in fewer sessions, while others may need additional appointments to fully address their concerns.

If you are member of BUPA, AXA, Vitality, Cigna, Aviva or WPA , you can contact them to request a pre-authorisation to start therapy with me.

The number of sessions pre-authorised by a PMI depends on your policy. Please always check with them first, before starting any treatment with me.
