I am committed to helping you overcome obstacles, no matter how complex or overwhelming they may seem.

Originally from the vibrant city of Barcelona, I began a new chapter of my career in London in 2014. With over two decades of experience, I have helped individuals recover from a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety (all forms), depression, eating disorders, and psychosis.

Strategic Brief Therapy is my primary approach, encompassing a solution-focused and goal-oriented mindset. Together, we'll identify the underlying factors contributing to your challenges and develop practical strategies for change. This approach is designed to create swift and lasting improvements, empowering you to overcome obstacles and achieve your desired outcomes.

​In addition to anxiety disorders and depression, I specialise in addressing binge eating, emotional dysregulation, and complex mental health issues like psychosis. I also have extensive experience in neuropsychology and dementia care.
